I stayed in Quint Apartments in Palma de Mallorca between 15th-19th July with my family and paid the accommodation fee+service fee (636€+83€). During key delivery at the office 400€ was blocked to my credit card and as damage deposit and we were told that it would be cancelled after check-out if we don’t do any damage in the apartment. But on the 18th July this fee was charged to my credit card WHILE WE WERE STILL STAYING AT THE APARTMENT.
